Gaveidéer til gør-det-selv folket

Det er knap nok blevet december før spørgsmålet dumper ind i ens mailindbakke, sms, eller face-to-face; ”hvornår kommer ønskesedlen”.

Det er altid svært at finde på de helt rigtige ønsker og det er lige knap blevet januar før man kommer i tanke om de ting man egentligt mangler i hverdagen, men ikke ønskede sig.

Derfor vil jeg bruge dette blogindlæg til at gøre mig tanker om hvad der kunne være en god julegave, ikke mindst til mig selv, men måske også til dig.

Arbejdstøj

Det er tit en luksus at skulle købe nye arbejdsbukser, for så at sætte det ene knæ i betongulvet og bore huller i væggen til et nyt gelænder. Men det kan også hurtigt se hullet i trist ud, i sådan en trevlet kedeldragt.

Derfor er det egentligt rart at kunne åbne pakken og se det som man render og bruger hver eneste dag. Hvis jeg skal være helt ærlig over for mig selv, og dig, ved konen nok også bedst hvilke farver der klæder mig bedst. Her i julen er det også lige sæson for at kunne ønske sig en god varm vinter arbejdsjakke, som man som et lille barn kan rende i haven i på 1. juledag. Du kan købe arbejdstøj her.

El-værktøj

Man render ofte og bruger en masse gamle værktøjer eller ikke så effektive værktøjer, men som da virker. Derfor er der tit undskyldninger for hvorfor budgettet skal gå til noget andet.

Men i julen, der kan man flotte sig og få sig en ny boremaskine eller et andet instrument til værkstedsskuret. Jeg kigger tit på forskellige blogs for at finde inspiration og for at få de sidste nye indspark af produktlanceringer. Her læser jeg om alt inden for værktøj, gør-det-selv råd, og hvad jeg ellers kan finde af det som er relevant for min hverdag.

Møbler som man kan tilpasse

Det kan hurtigt blive en lang juleferie, hvis ikke man rigtig har et projekt at kaste sig over. Derfor kigger jeg ofte efter nogle flotte håndlavede møbler, som man kan male i den farve som lige passer til stuen, køkken/alle rummet, eller andre steder som måske har en gennemgående farver – igen, som konen har valgt. Så kan man lige købe sig ubehandlet bænk eller lignende, kan man hurtigt få nogle timer spænderet på at få den malet.

Gavekort

Hvis jeg bliver helt presset i tid og ikke lige kan finde på nok ønsker til at udfylde ønskesedlen, så bliver det ofte gavekort. Det er nu også en rar ting at få, så jeg har noget at se frem til, i stedet for at alle glæderne kommer inden for et par timer. Så er det heller ikke længere bare mig som skal gå konen i hælene når hun skal ud at shoppen, men nu omvendt.

Jo mere specifikt et gavekort, desto bedre. Altså, hvis nu der efter at jeg har fået mig et par nye arbejdsbukser, har 100kr. tilbage på gavekortet, så skal de altså ikke bruges p gryder og pander, men på nogle gode varme arbejdssokker!
