Det kan være svært at finde tid til det hele i dagens travle samfund. Vi skal gerne have en perfekt tilværelse bestående af motion, sund livsstil, karriere og eventuelle selvrealiseringsprojekter i diverse afskygninger.

Denne fokus på det perfekte liv, gør det til tider vanskeligt at finde tid til de små ting i parforholdet, der giver lysten til hinanden et forfriskende pust. Med prioritering af tiden, kan man ændre dynamikken i forholdet og skabe nye måder at være sammen på. Nem mad, middage, fælles madlavning, nye samtaleemner og kommunikation er alle ting der kan forbedre forholdets gnist og romantik.

Find tid i hverdagen med nem take away

det gælder derfor om at finde frem til de ting i hverdagen, hvor der kan findes ekstra tid til hinanden – eller de ting i hverdagen, som er uudnyttet tid med hinanden. Hvis hele ugen går med indkøb og madlavning, kunne en torsdag aften efter en lang arbejdsdag være dejlig at afslutte med en omgang nem og lækker takeaway uden hverken forberedelse eller opvask.

At give sig tid til at nyde hinanden og udråbe en hverdagsaften til paraften, kan være et kærkomment “frirum” fra hverdagen. Om det så er pizza og burger der frister, eller de sundere alternativer som salater, sushi eller sandwiches er op til jer selv (og jeres eventuelle aftaler om den sunde livsstil…)

Snak, snak, snak

En ting der kan sætte en stopper for romantikken i forholdet er at kommunikationen simpelthen svinder ind. Det er selvfølgelig en naturlig del af et forhold, at man til sidst ved meget om hinanden og kommunikation er mindre nødvendig på nogle områder. Men hvor er det forfriskende at kunne tale sammen om noget man ikke har oplevet sammen.

Det er derfor god grund til ikke at gro fast i sofaen og blive det “kærestekedelige” par i vennegruppen. Brug tid med venner og veninder hver for sig, og fortsæt med interesser, I havde før forholdet begyndte. Dette giver desuden stof til samtale på jeres torsdagsmiddage… Madlavning sammen kan også være en god måde at kommunikere på, hvad enten det er hjemmelavede burgere, eller en imponerede omgang hjemmelavet sushi, så kan hyggen i køkken åbne op for nye emner og sider af forholdet.

Mange parforhold oplever en slags “krise” når de når 2-3 år ind i forholdet. Sexlivet er blevet en vanesag, og eventuelle ideer om nye ting og lege bliver ved tanken. Det kan være svært at sætte ord på sine følelser – især det gælder ens lyster og lidenskab. Der er på nettet mange muligheder for at finde inspiration til nyt legetøj, temaer og lege.

Det kan dog være svært at finde frem til sider, man tør købe sexlegetøj på, da mange udenlandske sider kan virke tvivlsomme. Heldigvis kommer der langsomt flere danske sider til, og mange af disse sætter en ære i netop at være troværdige i deres kommunikation med kunder, der har lyst til ny inspiration i deres sexliv. Når det kommer til at tale om sex med hinanden i et forhold, kan det være overraskende vanskeligt. Det er pudsigt hvordan et menneske, man deler sit liv med, kan være så svært at kommunikere med omkring intime emner, men det må siges at være en stor fordel at få åbnet op for snakken.
