Knive – Hvilke skal du vælge

Knive findes i utrolig mange former, længder og designs.

KniveI dag findes der et hav af knive og i Danmark kender vi kun til ganske få af dem. Der findes utallige modeller over hele verdenen, og især Japan har nogle flotte og meget skarpe knive. Køkkenknive gå også under navnet kokkeknive, de fleste bruger dog kun det navn ved det de ser som er professionelle knive til kokkebrug.

Men er alle knive ikke det når de når en hvis kvalitet? De fleste knive kan sammenlignes med biler, nogen er til Opel andre ti Volvo. Sådan er det også med mange knivtyper, hvordan er vægten og hvordan er skæret eller håndtaget.

Kniven skal se godt ud!

Sådan er der rigtig mange der har det og det er helt ok! Heldigvis har vi alle øjne, og ved hvad vi bedst selv kan lide. Mange webshops i dag er også gode til at lægge gode billeder ud af deres produkter så det er nemt at se hvad man køber. Og sådan kan du også nemt gøre et godt køb af knive online på internettet. Vi køber med øjnene, og så længe de billeder vi ser på er gode, er det ofte trygt og godt.

Men hvad med vægten?

Knivens vægt kan selvfølgelig betyde noget især når du er kok og du bruger en god kokkekniv hver eneste dag, og hele din arbejdsdag. her er det igen meget individuelt fra kok til kok hvilket “værktøj” de ønsker at bruge. Lang de fleste kokke ved dog allerede når de kommer ud fra kokkeskolen hvilken kokkekniv de synes der er bedst til dem. Igen her er det vigtig at prøve sig frem for at finde netop det der passer til dig, og som regel er det ikke så svært når først man får set på lidt forskelligt.

Hvilke skal du vælge…

Prøv din nabos kniv, har du et familiemedlem eller en par venner som er godt udrustede i køkkenet, så spørg om du ikke må prøve deres køkkengrej. Langt de fleste vil helt sikkert synes det er ok, og du får samtidigt udvidet din horisont om hvad der passer til dig og hvad der ikke gør.

Når du så har fundet frem til det mærke der passer godt til din hånd så kommer det næste skridt. Med andre ord så begynder det sjove, får nu skal du på internettet og søge efter priser, det er dog vigtigt at huske ikke altid vælge den billigste webshop. Der er udgifter forbundet med at drive en webshop, og derfor kan det ofte betale sig ikke at vælge den billigste. Det kan man selvfølgelig godt gøre, og i lang de fleste tilfælde går det godt.

Men er uheldet ude kan det være svært at få ombyttet sin vare hvis man skulle være så uheldig at reklamere.

Vælg derfor en e-butik der ser professionel ud og ser ud til at have styr på det, skriv evt. til for at se om der er nogen i den anden ende der svarer dig på dine spørgsmål.

Rigtig god fornøjelse og jagt på dine nye knive, som du nu skal finde på det store internet.
