IT-support og IT-sikkerhed skal være professionelt

I og med at IT og driften af samme er så en vital del af moderne virksomhedsliv, er ordentlig og effektiv IT-support en efterhånden særdeles efterspurgt vare. IT-support kan både bruges til store og små ting – har du brug for lidt hjælp til din IT-sikkerhed, eller skal der installeres nye serverer?

Alligevel er der mange virksomheder, der er i tvivl om, hvad de kan tillade sig at kræve af IT-supporten. Af denne grund har vi her lavet en guide til, hvad du kan bruge netop din IT-support til, og hvordan du selv bør skaffe en aftale med et professionelt firma!

Installering og vedligeholdelse af enheder

En meget benyttet form for IT-support er til installering og vedligeholdelse af diverse enheder – eksempelvis servere. Har du ikke forstand på ord som Citrix, Zyxel, Site-2-Site og VPN kan IT-support redde dig fra mange triste timer i forhold til opsætningen af hardware og software.

  • Genopretning af systemer. Hvis en virus har lagt et system ned, kan en IT-supporter ofte på få timer isolere problemet, løse det og genoprette systemerne. Med ordentlig IT-sikkerhed i virksomheden er dette ikke et scenarie, I bør nå at opleve, men ingen kan naturligvis vide sig sikre.
  • Overordnet hjælp til IT-sikkerheden. Er jeres virksomhed i tvivl om, hvordan I bedst sikrer jeres data, hvordan I nemmest tager backup, hvad der skal gøres med hensyn til skanning af indgående mails og andre relevante spørgsmål for jeres IT-sikkerhed, kan I med IT-support få et professionelt svar på alle disse ting. Det er tilmed muligt i de fleste tilfælde at få et prisoverslag på en langtidsholdbar løsning, nu I er i gang alligevel!

IT-support kan købes på klippekort

Det eneste, der er sikkert med hensyn til IT-support er, at alle virksomheder har brug for det en gang imellem.

Af den grund er det godt at vide, at netop IT-support i dag er muligt at købe ved hjælp af klippekortsløsninger.
